COVID-19 UPDATE

For your safety and the safety of our team we have implemented the following measures:

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE:

> We have conducted a thorough Risk Assessment to ensure we are following all Government Guidelines

> All our team members are checked daily for symptoms of COVID-19

> A perspex screen has been fitted at the front desk to protect you and our chiropractic assistants

> All our team members will be wearing appropriate disposable PPEs: gloves, masks, and aprons

Cleaning:

> We are cleaning treatment rooms, couches, and equipment before and after every session.

> The welcome areas and toilets are cleaned every 2 hours

> Hands will be washed before and after each session by patients and team

Spacing of appointments:

All appointments are spaced and are taking place in separate parts of the building to reduce patient to patient exposure. We are spacing team working hours so that the team do not expose each other

Payments:

Payments for appointments are taken by card only or existing credit

Drinks:

We will not be offering tea and coffee as normal to reduce exposure

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

Before you come

COVID-19 symptoms *** please reschedule your appointment if***:
You are experiencing any signs & symptoms of COVID-19 (high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste) or have been exposed to anyone with symptoms of/or diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

At the clinic

• Wait in car: Please wait in your car (ideally parked in front of the building if there is space) until the time of your appointment we will come and collect you.

• Please wear a face mask for your visit

In the building

• Please come alone or one at a time if you are a family coming for care. Please do not bring children into the practice unless they are having care.

• Please wash your hands using our sink or hand sanitisers when entering the clinic

• If you need to change or book another appointment, this will be completed in the treatment room and you will be sent an email confirmation

• Wash your hands again

• Off you go to enjoy some time back at your home (please do not remain in the clinic for longer than your appointment time).

Please Note

Whilst Inspired Health Chiropractic are carrying out strict safety procedures to minimise risk of exposure, we cannot eliminate the risk of contracting COVID-19, as the virus COVID-19 can be spread by those showing no symptoms.
