As a Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 8 years’ experience in full-time practice, Lorna fuses neuroscience knowledge and mindset techniques to help people manage their mind, get in control of behaviours and then recognise what they need to do to feel good & create change that sustains.

Many who come to work with Lorna are well-adjusted people trying to cope with stressful experiences, however reactions to stress due to a whole host of reasons or unexpected experiences can trigger feelings of mental and emotional distress.

Specialising in stress, anxiety & self-leadership confidence building, Lorna also works effectively with phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), addictions, chronic pain, relationship problems, low self-esteem, body dysmorphia and weight issues.


Lorna is a Supervisor and Senior in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), A Master Time Line Therapy Practitioner, NLP Life & Business Coach and Meditation Teacher.
